Caleb Flynn had a particular way of proving he was alone. He sent his girlfriend videos from the family kitchen, filming his dogs and calling out:
“If anybody’s listening, I love Alleigha Botner”
In another video, he called out for his daughters, then shouted “Hello? I LOVE Alleigha!”
Sometimes his daughters were home. Sometimes they weren’t. But why send these videos at all? What exactly was he trying to prove?
Alleigha wanted reassurance that one particular person wasn’t there. And hearing Caleb loudly announce his love for her was apparently part of that reassurance.
The person she was worried about was Caleb’s wife. The mother of his two children.
And Alleigha wasn’t just his girlfriend, she was his mistress.
