That is till Paul Ingram, the father and police officer, was accused of assaulting his two daughters since they were 5 years old. Not only that, but he would bring over cop buddies to assault not just his daughters but his young sons too.
The explosive allegations came out back to back. There were poker parties/gang assault parties, hooded figures performing rituals, and over 25 babies being sacrificed to Satan himself. This was the biggest allegation of police officers being involved in a sex Satan cult that had ever been raised. But was it true?
